Do your products include fragrances? If so why?
Yes, our scented products do include fragrance. We use the term fragrance for proprietary reasons. Our goal is to deliver amazing fragrance experiences with perfumes that abide by our high quality & safety standards. To make our unique scents we use a blend of essential oils, synthetic oils, and natural extracts. All of our products are phthalate-free and paraben-free, and we abide by the International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) guidelines to ensure the safety of our formulations.
Are your products considered Vegan? Are they tested on animals?
None of the ingredients used in our products are sourced from animals or animal byproducts. Our products are also made without animal testing - only humans who willingly volunteer!
What should I do if I don't receive my product or if it's damaged?
We know it’s a total bummer when your order is lost or damaged, and we’ve got your back when this happens! How much is shipping?
Shipping to Canada & the United States is free for orders over $10.00, and shipping costs $3.70 for any order under $10.00. We also offer expedited shipping within Canada & the United States for $15.
What is your return policy?

How can I track my order?
No need to worry about tracking numbers if you're getting free shipping! We do this to keep your costs as low as possible.
On expedited packages, please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system.
Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.

Shaving Soap
Can Jordan's Soap expire?
All of our products are free of parabens (a chemical preservative used in cosmetics and personal care). We recommend using Soaps within 18 months of receiving.
If you notice changes in smell, texture, or performance, it may be time to replace it. Generally, well-stored shaving soap can last several years.
Can your soap be used on sensitive skin?
Yep! Our shaving soap is crafted using natural ingredients. No need for harsh chemicals like propane that those big brands throw in there!
